Skilled in-home nursing visits will be delivered by our trained team under the direction of Dr. Susset Diaz Castillo, DVM, PhD — fluids, injections, post-surgical recovery, physiotherapy, PBM laser, and hospice support — all within the scope of Florida statute 474.
Every pet — including those already under another veterinarian's care — must first be seen by Dr. Diaz for an integrative wellness exam to establish a Veterinarian-Client-Patient Relationship (VCPR), as required by Florida law. Dr. Diaz will then write the nursing care plan or formally adopt the direction from your existing veterinarian, and our team will deliver it in your home.
Nursing care packages: $700 for 3 visits, $975 for 6 visits. Additional visits not included in the initial veterinary direction are $250 each. Package pricing assumes the owner provides the supplies needed to treat the patient (fluids, syringes, bandages, prescribed medications, etc.) per the veterinarian's care plan; for in-house VestaSoul patients we supply everything as part of the plan. The required initial wellness exam with Dr. Diaz is billed separately.
