Every home-visit tier brings one veterinary nurse to your home alongside Dr. Susset Diaz Castillo, DVM, PhD. Nursing support is not a separate service — it is part of the core concierge care included across all three tiers.

What your veterinary nurse does during the visit

• Set up the at-home mobile clinic in your living room
• Gently handle and comfort your pet throughout the visit
• Assist Dr. Diaz during the nose-to-tail exam
• Administer fluids and prescribed injections when needed
• Assist with wound care, bandaging, and suture removal
• Support laser therapy and in-visit treatments
• Collect laboratory samples — blood, urine, cytology
• Help with senior, anxious, and mobility-limited pets

Clear tiers — nursing included

Each tier covers travel to your home, the unhurried exam, and veterinary nursing support. The $445 tier is vaccine-focused, the $595 tier includes treatment and laboratory testing, and the $695 tier includes treatment, laboratory testing, and other diagnostics. When laboratory testing is used, the $250 Medical Credit applies toward laboratory testing; laboratory costs above the credit are explained and approved before proceeding.
