Ultrasound is not a laboratory test — it is included in the $695 visit when medically appropriate.

Yes. The credit is an additional benefit included with every standard $695 All-Included Visit. It is not deducted from the services included in the visit and it is not cash. It is applied only toward laboratory testing performed or ordered as part of that appointment.

What happens if my pet's laboratory testing costs more than $250?

We will explain the recommended laboratory testing and review the remaining cost with you before proceeding. Nothing beyond the included credit is performed without your approval.

What happens if we do not use the entire Medical Credit?

Unused Medical Credit expires at the end of the appointment. It cannot be refunded, transferred to another pet, saved for another visit, or exchanged for cash, medications, or other services.

No. Your standard All-Included Visit is $695 per pet, with no hidden fees. That price includes one veterinarian and one veterinary nurse, a complete medical examination, medically appropriate vaccines, common in-visit treatments, take-home medications when provided, and a $250 Medical Credit for laboratory testing. If laboratory testing is recommended, the $250 Medical Credit is applied first. The pet parent may choose testing that stays within the included $250 credit, so the total remains $695 while the pet still receives the care it needs. If the pet parent chooses additional laboratory testing beyond the included credit, only the difference is added, and the cost must be reviewed and approved before proceeding.

Are medications and treatments included?

Common medications and treatments provided during the appointment are included when medically appropriate, and take-home medications provided by our team may also be included. Long-term treatment plans, repeated injectable treatments, specialty medications, outside pharmacy prescriptions, referrals, hospitalization, surgery, and services outside the visit may require additional arrangements or a new appointment.

Can you perform bloodwork and laboratory testing in my home?

Yes. We can collect blood, urine, fecal, skin, ear, and cytology samples during the home visit. We also carry portable equipment for services such as ultrasound and blood-pressure measurement when medically appropriate.

In many cases, yes. Our mobile team arrives prepared to examine your pet, perform medically indicated testing, begin treatment, and provide medications during the same appointment whenever possible.

Yes. The standard $695 All-Included Visit can be used for sick visits, wellness visits, preventive care, senior-pet evaluations, and diagnostic visits.

Can you see more than one pet in the same home?

Yes. Each pet receives an individual examination and medical record, and each All-Included Visit is $695 per pet. As a courtesy to multi-pet families, we take 10% off your total for two pets and 15% off your total for three or more pets seen during the same visit.

Is an in-home veterinary visit appropriate for anxious cats and dogs?

Yes. Many pets are calmer at home because they avoid the car ride, the waiting room, unfamiliar animals, and the clinic environment. Home visits can be especially helpful for anxious pets, cats, senior pets, pets with limited mobility, and multi-pet households.

Do you accept pet insurance?

We provide detailed, itemized medical invoices that you can submit to your pet-insurance company. Reimbursement depends entirely on your individual policy and insurance provider.

What happens if my pet needs surgery, X-rays, hospitalization, or emergency care?

We do not provide surgery, X-rays, hospitalization, or emergency services. When those services are needed, we recommend referral to an appropriate veterinary hospital or emergency facility.

Is this an emergency veterinary service?

No. We are a scheduled mobile veterinary service and do not provide emergency or after-hours care. Pets experiencing difficulty breathing, collapse, uncontrolled bleeding, active seizures, severe trauma, inability to urinate, or another life-threatening condition should be taken immediately to the nearest emergency veterinary hospital.

Travel Certificate visits start at $695. The final cost depends on the destination, required vaccines, testing, documentation, timelines, USDA endorsement requirements, and other country-specific requirements. Travel Certificate visits do not include the $250 VestaSoul Medical Credit.

In-home euthanasia services start at $695. The final cost depends on the pet, location, aftercare selection, cremation arrangements, transportation, and other individual needs. Euthanasia visits do not include the $250 VestaSoul Medical Credit.
