$149/year for your entire household. One membership covers all pets in your home.

Preferred member pricing

Member Sick Visits, Diagnostics & Treatments package: $545 per pet. Active members receive the same package offered at the $695 standard rate, including the $250 Medical Credit toward laboratory testing.

One member visit can offset much of the annual membership cost.

Membership is optional. Visits are paid separately. Available to VestaSoul pet families serving select areas of Miami-Dade County and select areas of Broward County.

Home-visit tiers and member pricing

Our veterinary team determines the appropriate care based on your pet’s medical needs. For active members, the Wellness + Vaccination Visit is $445 when medically appropriate; the Sick Visits, Diagnostics & Treatments package is available for $545 per pet instead of the $695 standard package rate, with the same included care and $250 laboratory credit. The $545 rate is not required for vaccination-only visits. Membership is $149/year per household; visits are paid separately. Laboratory costs above the credit and specialty visits remain separate.

Our veterinary team determines the appropriate package based on your pet’s medical needs; you do not need to decide which diagnostic procedures your pet needs. Any recommended package change and its cost are explained and approved before the additional care proceeds.

Your visit price includes up to $250 toward laboratory testing. This is not a discount off the visit fee. Any laboratory cost above the credit is explained and approved before proceeding. Unused credit expires at the end of the appointment and cannot be refunded, transferred, or saved for another visit.

• One veterinarian and one veterinary nurse: included in every standard package and the member package.
• Complete medical physical examination and biowaste handling: included in every standard package and the member package.
• Medically appropriate ultrasound, digital ear scan, Doppler ultrasound, and EKG: included in the $695 standard package and the equivalent $545 member package.
• $250 Medical Credit: included in all three standard packages and the member package; laboratory costs above the credit are explained and approved before proceeding.
• Annual household membership: not required for standard pricing; $149/year for the member rate.

The $250 Medical Credit applies toward laboratory testing when laboratory testing is used. Services and treatments are provided when medically appropriate. Laboratory costs above the credit are explained and approved before proceeding.

Comprehensive Care at the Member Visit Rate

One $149 annual membership covers your household. The $545 member visit includes the same care as the $695 comprehensive package. The $445 Wellness + Vaccination Visit also applies to members when our veterinary team determines it is appropriate for their pet. Visits and laboratory overages are paid separately.

How it works

Pay $149/year for the entire household, not for each pet. While the membership is active, our veterinary team determines the appropriate package based on each pet's medical needs; the $445 Wellness + Vaccination Visit or the $545 Sick Visits, Diagnostics & Treatments member rate applies accordingly, with the same included comprehensive care as the $695 standard package. The annual membership fee and each per-pet visit are separate bills; the annual fee is non-refundable, and visits are booked through the existing secure client portal.

A veterinary membership—not pet insurance or prepaid care

The VestaSoul Membership does not replace pet insurance and does not prepay for veterinary services. It is not a monthly clinic wellness bundle. It is an optional annual membership built around the distinct $545 Member All-Included Visit and comprehensive veterinary home visits.

Veterinary membership service area

Membership is available to households in select areas of Miami-Dade County and select areas of Broward County. Miami-Dade service areas include Doral, Kendall, Miami Lakes, Hialeah, North Miami, Coral Gables, and Homestead. Check your ZIP code and current home-visit availability in the secure portal.

Care led by an experienced mobile veterinarian

All-Included Visits are led by Dr. Susset Diaz Castillo, DVM, PhD, a Florida-licensed mobile veterinarian, AHVMA member, USDA-accredited veterinarian, and certified veterinary ozone therapy practitioner. The same veterinarian-and-one-nurse team provides both the All-Included Visit and Member All-Included Visit.

Legacy Vitality Members

Vitality Memberships are no longer open to new enrollment. Existing active memberships continue to be honored according to their current terms.
