One member visit essentially covers the cost of your annual membership.

Membership is optional. Visits are paid separately. Available to VestaSoul pet families in approved Miami-Dade service areas and Broward ZIPs 33021 and 33312.

All-Included Visit vs. Member All-Included Visit

Same complete care. Members pay $150 less on every All-Included Visit.

  • Visit price per pet: $695 for the All-Included Visit; $545 for the Member All-Included Visit.
  • Veterinarian and two veterinary nurses: included with both visits.
  • Exam, diagnostics, and treatment: included with both visits when medically appropriate.
  • $250 Medical Credit Every Visit: included with both visits.
  • Annual household membership: not required for the $695 visit; $149/year for the member rate.

The $250 Medical Credit applies toward laboratory testing with every All-Included Visit. Services and treatments are provided when medically appropriate. Laboratory costs above the $250 Medical Credit are additional.

You save $150 on every Member All-Included Visit, while the annual household membership is only $149. One membership covers every pet in your home for the entire year.

How it works

Pay $149/year for the entire household, not for each pet. While the membership is active, all pets in your home can use the $545 Member All-Included Visit instead of the $695 All-Included Visit. The annual fee is non-refundable, veterinary visits are paid separately, and appointments are booked through the existing secure client portal.

A veterinary membership—not pet insurance or prepaid care

The VestaSoul Membership does not replace pet insurance and does not prepay for veterinary services. It is not a monthly clinic wellness bundle. It is an optional annual membership built around comprehensive veterinary home visits and a preferred member rate.

Veterinary membership service area

Membership is available to households within VestaSoul's approved Miami-Dade service ZIP codes and every address in Broward ZIP codes 33021 and 33312. Miami-Dade service areas include Doral, Kendall, Miami Lakes, Hialeah, North Miami, Coral Gables, and Homestead. Check your ZIP code and current home-visit availability in the secure portal.

Care led by an experienced mobile veterinarian

All-Included Visits are led by Dr. Susset Diaz Castillo, DVM, PhD, a Florida-licensed mobile veterinarian, AHVMA member, USDA-accredited veterinarian, and certified veterinary ozone therapy practitioner. The same veterinarian-and-two-nurse team provides both the All-Included Visit and Member All-Included Visit.

Legacy Vitality Members

Vitality Memberships are no longer open to new enrollment. Existing active memberships continue to be honored according to their current terms.
