EU countries require an APHIS 7001 form endorsed by USDA APHIS. UK travel requires additional Tapeworm treatment within 1–5 days of travel. Australia requires advanced import permits, rabies titers, and months of preparation. Latin America and Caribbean countries typically require a standard health certificate with USDA endorsement. Allow 2–4 weeks minimum for domestic and 3–6 months for Australia.
Pet travel certificate visits start at $450, which covers travel, physical exam, nursing, and certificate preparation. Additional pets are available at reduced rates. USDA endorsement fees are separate and paid directly to APHIS.
