Vitality Memberships are permanently closed to new enrollment. Existing active memberships continue to be honored according to their current terms.
Services included in your selected Vitality Membership are covered according to your plan benefits, and member discounts continue to apply to eligible additional services. Services outside your membership inclusions are paid at the time of the visit. Vitality Memberships are preventive care plans and do not function as pet insurance, financing, deferred payment, or general prepaid care. Existing members can log in at the secure client portal to manage appointments.

VestaSoul — My Vet At Home®, also known as My Vet At Home, is a mobile veterinary house-call practice serving dogs and cats in Miami-Dade County. Led by our Chief Veterinarian, the practice provides in-home veterinary visits, wellness exams, vaccines, diagnostics, pet travel health certificates, senior pet care, and integrative veterinary medicine.
